Civil Air Patrol, North Carolina Wing

On Saturday, October 22, a Mission Scanner Initial and Recurrent Training School will be conducted at Concord Regional Airport for eligible Senior Members. Training will begin promptly at 0830. The class will likely end at 1430. It is anticipated that there will be a limited number of Scanner Flights conducted during the training (for those seeking currency) and additional ones after for those seeking their first of two required scanner flights following the ground school. The curriculum will utilize 'customized' NESA MS Scanner Training materials and will be conducted by SET-qualified personnel. Completion of this training will satisfy all ground training requirements for Mission Scanner. For reference, the Mission Scanner SQTR is attached. Class size will be limited to about 15 students.
